Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.No, the price listed is the rental price for the item itself. Set up and delivery are additional fees.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.We will deliver within a 45 mile range and we are located out of Chandler, AZ. Depending on availability there are times we can deliver beyond the 45 miles, so call for availability if you'd like delivery and you're out of the automatic acceptance range.Also, please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor, travel fees can be quite high once we pass the 15 mile mark.
Q.How long is the standard rental time for an item?
A.Most of our prices are for two day rentals. This allows us to have a bigger delivery and pickup window without stressing the customer about cutting it close to the event. **Some large items may only be offered by the hour/day.
Q.When do you typically schedule deliveries?
A.The majority of our rentals are for weekend events. We typically schedule our deliveries on Fridays and then we will arrange pickup for Mondays. Feel free to use the rental items all weekend!
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We take all major credit cards and cash. If paying by cash, we must have the deposit paid with a credit card so we have a card on file. The remaining balance may be paid in cash at the delivery, but please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a Credit Card security deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 21 days prior to your rental date. The deposit is 50% refundable if you cancel 15-20 days before your event. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your rental, you will be given a rain check that is good for 6 months.
Q.Can we see a copy of your rental contract?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Many of your rental options are DIY, what exactly does that mean?
A.
We offer affordable party options for people who want to save on expensive set up costs. So a lot of our party rental options are DIY. That means we deliver the equipment to you and you set the party up yourself. By doing this, you are cutting out one of the largest costs in the party rental industry. Many of our DIY options can be rented as a "full set-up" option for an additional fee. If you don't see that option listed, please call us for a quote.
